I'll use your spelling of theatre here. The more I see of TV and movies lately, the more I long for a return to clean theatre. So I am writing plays and learning more on my own. I think it is a shame that the Golden Age of musicals in Hollywood was so limited. We have the technology and creativity and talent to write more fun musicals, but in general it seems that Hollywood wants to turn out stuff you can't let children see. In Utah it seems more than half of the plays that are put on are tried-and-true favorites, or light parodies of other works, but there is also a huge Shakespeare Festival every year that lasts most of the summer in Cedar City. I am also interested in message theatre, or using theatre with teenagers to portray serious issues affecting the teenagers by using their own peers. I think theatre can help everyone develop social skills if they participate in any aspect of it. For now I am writing a western melodrama for a place that deals with heritage of the West. On a smaller scale, I think that puppetry is another positive aspect of theatre that also appeals to children.

I'm in the process of installing my new Sirius Starmate 5 satellite radio in my car, and I just read in the user's guide that you're not supposed to route the power cable next to either of the antenna cables (the one going to the antenna on the roof and the one connecting to the actual car stereo). It says you're supposed to keep the power cable separate. Why is that?? I don't see how this matters and if I were to do that it would require a lot more work to install.

Phoenix Canariensis winter problem, USDA zone 8a?

I have a large 8ft tall Phoenix Canariensis palm in my friend's garden which was planted almost 6 years ago. When young, It was protected during the winter by tying up the fronds and covered in layers of fleece for the first 2 years then after that it had grown to about 5ft tall and was left unprotected for the next 4 years including this year. However last November we had a prolonged severe cold snap which lasted well over the christmas and new year period. I live in Britain, It is much milder now, although all the leaves have gone a very dark green colour almost dark brown and look battered due to high winds we recieved. Will the palm survive and outgrow this problem? thanks

I have severe pain in all my large joints and large bones, worsening and spreading.?

I have been suffering from osteo arthritis of the knees, ankle and hip bursitis for several years. I have been plauged by a urinary tract infection for two months and joint and bone pain has become severe and has spread to all of my large joints and bones. This pain differs from regular arthritis pain and lacks the burning feeling. The pain in my joints and bones is severe and feels like it is deep in my bones. I am presently being treated for a urinary infection. My white cell count is high, and blood in my urine. Low grade fever. the bone and joint pain have become wide spread and unbearable. At first I was against the use of a pacifier, then after about 3 weeks with my newborn I knew that it was necessary and was happy that she took to it. I believe that it is now recommended to give your baby a pacifier at bedtime to help prevent SIDS. Another good thing about a pacifier is that the baby finds it to be very soothing as they have a natural instinct to suck. The bad thing about pacifier use is that eventually you will have to wean them from it and that can be very difficult. Another bad thing - when you need the pacifier (crying-agitated baby) you can never find one because the baby somehow manages to hide it from you.

I switched from describing myself as agnostic to atheist some years ago. As many claim that Islam is hated because it is built on murder and hate of other religions and races, as a result I studied the religeon of Islam through the Muslim holy book, which is called the Quran, only to find that there is nothing there about killing or hate towards other civilisations and religeons, which has now lead me to believe that those who are hating Islam and its followers are complete bigots and base their opinions on ignorance alone. Can anyone help me figure out what my head pain is from?

It all started back in June 2007. A week before my sisters wedding...I decided I would go get a spray tan so I would look better in my bridesmaid dress. Im not a fan of small spaces and honestly I panicked when I was in the sprayer. I felt like I couldn't breathe in the spray tan so I began to panic and almost like hyperventilating. It was finally over and a burst the door open to catch my breathe. as soon as I stepped out my head start THROBBING (I mean throbbing so bad I thought my head was going to burst open) on my right side of my head sending shooting pains from my neck up my head to my eye. I instantly started crying and couldn't stop...I went out to the main room of the tanning salon and told them to call my sister and mother. When they came to pick me up I was still crying and sweating profusely. Before this headache I always was told that I got migraines. This was NOT a migraine. The doctors ended up giving me the two shots for pain and nausea and maxalt for future headaches then sent me home. I went home and went straight to my bed...exhausted. Next thing I know I wake up with more excruciating throbbing and my sister rushes in my room to give me some water to take some maxalt. Once again im bawling and the pain is not going away fast. The maxalt was not helping. After a couple days I was feeling a little better and decided to go back to work. I knew I still wasnt feeling up to par so I would just need to take it easy. I was at work for a few hours and decided I needed to go home...I got up and went to my bosses office and told him I needed to leave, when I stood up and walked back to my desk it happened again...on the ride side of my head throbbing, shooting pain, crying. I had a coworker call my mom and sister but they thought an ambulance was needed. They took me to the hospital and did some test CT scan, blood test. It was really a blur to me as to what happened there. They couldn't tell me anything. Ever since, I have always had bad headaches on my right side...neck, behind the eye shooting pains. They come and go but they last around 3 hours at a time. They have never been as bad as the first ones but they are VERY painfull and I dont understand what could be going on.
