Please help!! I'm really confused and need advice!!?

ok so i have been friends with "josh" since kindergarden, we have liked eachother before but have gone out with other people. i didnt think i liked h im then he is going out with this girl and i got jealous. maybe its beacuse she treated him bad beofre andi want the best for him. do i lke him? i mean i kinda have feelings for him but its not likei want to be with him!! please help im confused!!!!
