I saw an old friend and she asked me...?

If she started talking about her experiences being drunk or high that probably means that drinking and doing drugs are big part of her life. Not saying that she's a drug addict or anything like that, but that's just probably something she enjoys doing. She most likely asked you your opinion before she started talking about this part of her life because she didn't want you to judge her or look down on her. Also, I'm sure if she enjoys drinking and getting high then she would be down to party with you ;)
