Do you think the universe repeats itself in an endless number of cycles?

Seeing as according to the big bang theory all matter starts compressed to a pinpoint then explodes when it cannot be compressed anymore and fission overtakes gravity, and seeing as there are black holes in the universe theoretically speaking eventually all matter will be sucked into one mive combined black hole and compressed to a pinpoint again, wouldn't it be possible?
