What is the best way to keep air out of my hot water heat system?

i have a baseboard heat system that keeps having an air bubble problem, no matter what i do i cant quiet it down. i bleed the air off and the bubbles just come back in a few days. somebody told me i have a leak but i can't find any. not sure what to do but a friend suggested an air seperator in the line just after the boiler
