Is there a fan that clips onto the crib to cool baby at night?

I have a 11mo. old baby that still wakes up to a half dozen times a night! He isn't always interested in feeding.. I will give him a pacifier and he will go back to sleep. But he just keeps grumping, squirming, and waking up! He's been sleeping in his crib in our room for the last few months. He slept with me (in the bed) when he was young because he has GERD;he woke up so many times due to refluxing, that it was just easier that way to be there for him. It's gotten better though, he doesn't reflux very often anymore, but he STILL squirms around all night and I have to get up and pacify him because he's in our room and my husband has to get up at 4AM for work! WHAT CAN I DO? It seems he very warm now that summer is here.. so I'm hoping there is some sort of clip on fan that someone knows about to put on his crib? ANY advice would be good. I CAN'T put him in another room (3 bdrm place, 3 kids) the girls rooms are too small to share! I'm going insane from continuous lack of sleep!!!!
