Expanding my collection of German musik?

I am trying to find somewhere, hopefully legal, to download some German bands like Eisbracher, Die Arzte (I know not how to do umlaut on this computer), IFF, Tanzwut and some more less popular ones in Amerika. I tried ares and they have some, but not full albums, and I think it is not legal. I do not want to pay for full album on itunes, but is there legal alternative?
