Narnia? Can you explain?

I am kind of confused about Narnia Prince Caspian. Can you help me undersand? Okay, a lot of people were saying that there was a young Lucy and an old Lucy. What does that mean? They said that some girl named Rachel played the older Lucy. Totaly confused! Best answer gets 10 points!!
