Anyone have good advice on getting rid of pacifiers that doesn't include them screaming and crying?

you could try and explain that there big girls and its time to give the Binky's up so you could try taking them out side with you and the Binky's and plant them and tell them your planting a binky tree and toss sum seeds in the hole too so something does grow it work with my nephew
