Do you get aggravated with big kids not being careful around your little one?

I don't have any experience with this, but i can't stand it when other people allow their kids to be wild animals. I hate it when parents are like well it's my time to relax when they're at places like that and just let their kids go wild. I believe that's a big part of why out society is so messed up and so full of screwed up kids. They don't learn respect, empathy, self control, and then as adults they become that way to! I know i'll probably get thumbs down for this, but then you're probably one of those people that was a wild undisciplined kid! :)
