I have severe pain in all my large joints and large bones, worsening and spreading.?

I have been suffering from osteo arthritis of the knees, ankle and hip bursitis for several years. I have been plauged by a urinary tract infection for two months and joint and bone pain has become severe and has spread to all of my large joints and bones. This pain differs from regular arthritis pain and lacks the burning feeling. The pain in my joints and bones is severe and feels like it is deep in my bones. I am presently being treated for a urinary infection. My white cell count is high, and blood in my urine. Low grade fever. the bone and joint pain have become wide spread and unbearable. I can't find a good Rheumotolgist who can see me soon. Can this possibly be ordinary arthritis? I don't think so. Something is terribly wrong with my bones and joints, I'm in constant agony and can't take it anymore. 30mg of morphine only takes the edge off the widespread pain. I can't bear this anymore, hoping to die in my sleep. I have am losing everything in my life including my mind. Help.
