How to get job in new york times or other top newspapers?

i am a student from bangladesh, hope to do postgraduate in journalism in columbia university, university of missouri or univ of southern california. will that give the chance to join the best newspapers of usa like NYT or washington post or chicago tribune? if not, what else i have to do to find good job relating to journalism in us?
