First time home buyer whose co-signer is also a first time buyer, can we both receive the $8000 rebate?

My fiancee and I are buying a house together, we will buy it before we get married. Neither of us has owned a home before. Is there a way that each of us can get the 8k rebate or is it strictly one rebate per home?
