First of all, any guy that get's drunk is irresponsible, and probably not worthy of you. I wouldn't trust his 'apology', and I think you should go on with your life and forget him. You deserve better, and if he really cared about you he wouldn't have ditched you in the first place. Have fun while you're young, and don't worry so much about dating whne you're in highschool. Guys will be there when you're older, I promise. Get to know yourself during these years, and that will make a relationship better. Good luck sweetie!
