What utility can I use to create a list of all of the programs installed on my Windows XP PC?

Every once and a while I like to reinstall Windows XP on my machine to clean it up. But the hard part is reinstalling all of the programs that I have installed. Does anyone know of a utility (preferably freeware as it would only do one thing) that will list all of the programs installed on the machine? A list like that you see in the Contol panel Applet "Add/Remove programs"?
