Do Lebanese fathers have rights to their illegitimate children?

Like if a Lebanese man had a child with a foreign woman outside of marriage and they separated, both getting married and living their lives and the child lives with the mother, having her citizenship and all. Then the child and the father meets from time to time and the father wants to recognize his kid, how would he do that officially in Lebanon, would he be allowed to the US if the child was living there to see him? Can the illegitimate child obtain Lebanese citizenship through his biological Lebanese father? Any info would be appreciated.
