Sororities - good or bad?

It really depends on the group of girls and the girl rushing. I mean, I had a gf in college who handled it well because she had always been kind of a party girl so the balancing act was nothing new to her. I know others who have failed cles because they can't handle the balancing act. It also depends on what you are going to major/minor in and what year in school you are in. My suggestion is do the sorority thing in freshman and sopre years. Jr/Sr years are so serious and taxing that you cannot even take the greek stuff seriously. My gf was more like alumni to them in jr/sr years.
