Has anyone heard the quote "i am saddened but no longer am I crippled by your loss"?

I was watching tv and a quote popped in to my head "i am saddened but no longer am I crippled by your loss" and I don't know where it came from, can someone tell me where its from. I would appreciate it a lot.
