Where can I find a live disney character for a birthday party in southern california?

I had batman show up at my sons birthday party last year. He did face paints and balloons and stuff. My girlfriend is looking for Ariel the mermaid from disney land and I can't find the dang site that I got the batman from!? HELP. I live in North Orange County.
